Technologies available to members will be vast ranging from best in area high speed internet access, full digital video conferencing solution in board room and fully digital black and white and colour printing.

A full time Office Manager will be on site to assist our members during regular business hours with all their administrative requirements and guest reception.

A fully connected CCTV system will add a layer of security for all members along with key fob access control, several areas of the building and facility will have locked key

fob controlled access points ensuring our membership’s privacy is continually protected.

On-call tech support is only a call away from our local partners who will only be minutes away when called upon.

Your membership and entry will be tracked via our industry software that will be utilized, our members will have access to an app where they can review their membership status and pay for additional services on line.

Temporary Office Required?

In this situation we have you fully covered, whether your requirement in the Niagara Region is for a day, a week or even a few months we can tailor a membership that requires no commitment.

Discounts are available for members who are able to give long term commitments (6 months or more) or with multiple memberships with one company (2 or more).

Iron Horse Co-Work has identified the Town of Fort Erie

The Town of Fort Erie in the Niagara Region is where Iron Horse Co-Work will hopefully house its first Ontario build out should all the pre-planning go as well as it has so far.

The first facility will have initially 4,000 square feet of available co working space and free parking for over 100 cars.

Have a presence at Iron Horse Co-Work;

Your business will have a presence at Iron Horse Co-Work, you’ll be able to use our address with full mail and courier services (depending on level of membership), yes we are happy to receive your amazon order and keep it stored securely for you. You will be able to have guests come to the site for meetings and be greeted professionally during regular business hours.

Memberships will be flexible;

Memberships will be designed to accommodate your needs. They will range, from mere “access” to “dedicated work space” We also welcome businesses of any size for we can accommodate up to 10,000 square feet of committed and private office space if required or as little as 150 square feet.

Satellite Office required?

We can make this seamless and easy, if you have an existing or new employee in the Niagara Region and want a place they can go every day, somewhere they can video conference you from time to time and be in an environment that will make them feel important then we have that available for your business. Your employee will have access to all the required tools and environment to make them successful.

 

All memberships will be adjustable...at any time;

Perhaps all you need in the beginning is the ability to just walk in, grab a coffee, take a seat and work for a few hours a day a couple of times a week, and then over time as you grow, you require dedicated work space and you’ll be there daily to finally requiring that committed office for you and your 6 employees… at any point Iron Horse Co Work will be able to accommodate you and your requirements.

 

 

Transport Drivers

As the Fort Erie area is visited by over 1 million transport drivers annually, we have space for your to park your units and come on in and work for a few hours, connect to our high speed internet, use our printers or just sit back in our atrium with a cup of great coffee and catch up on the news of the day. Daily passes are available to you.

 

Buffalo and New York Residents

Membership discounts start with your strong dollar! Your American dollar has over 135% buying power here in Canada, ($1 USD = $1.35 CDN) All you need is a passport and you can cross over the bridge, we are minutes from downtown Buffalo and welcome our American friends to work, network and collaborate with us side by side.

A great place...Work or relax

During the day our bright atrium will be opened and available to our members to take a moment and enjoy the sunshine, feel free to bring your lap top into the Atrium and sit back and enjoy our coffee and work away or perhaps just watch the news of the day on our large 100+ inch projected screen to returning back to the main work area and enter a quiet “telephone booth” where you can close that big deal in complete privacy.

Membership and Privacy Policy

Iron Horse Co-Work members will be required to review and sign off on the company’s policies during membership orientation and sign up, at any time a member is in violation of the company policy’s immediate termination of members privileges could occur. Iron Horse Co Work will be a safe place for all members and guests, we will welcome members of all walks of life and everyone will be made to feel welcomed in our home for work. Iron Horse will be a non-smoking environment (yes that also means legal cannabis inhalation on the property is also prohibited along with tobacco smoke).
